Dana Ragouzeos: Information Design for Health Care

Hello! I'm Dana Ragouzeos. Gray Matters is the site where I post my ongoing information design work, where I attempt to clarify complex medical topics for a wide audience.

 

Why "Gray Matters?" I have spent most of my career working as an interaction designer and service designer within large, complex health systems. I've seen how, in health care, uncertainty is much more common than certainty. That goes for both the experts within the system, and for the rest of us. Things are rarely ever black or white, and so I try to clarify the gray matters many of us encounter.
